Hi I am Mataya Yoakam, President and owner of Ignite Insurance Group.
My passion for the Medicare industry began after graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I married the brother of a good friend and our son Braxton will be 2 in May. Our second son is due to arrive in July of 2020!
Growing up, I watched how having the right health plan in place could be life changing. My grandmother dealt with the aftermath of a stroke and went through a plethora of health concerns along the way. Fortunately, she had 5 wonderful children assisting her along the way and ensuring she had the most appropriate health plan in place that worked to her benefit. I believe everyone deserves to have someone in their corner, an advocate for their heath and well being.
I have spent the last 12+ years working personally with clients, giving community presentations on the subject, sitting on the senior council in my town as well as working with groups, physicians, attorneys and senior organizations. I love to make a complex topic like Medicare simple and easy to understand, and see how it transforms the health and lifestyle of my clients. In 2019 I created my agency to make a stronger impact in the lives of seniors. We look forward to serving you!
